Refund and Return Policy
At Ebakx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase is required.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@ebakx.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and your reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 4 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ebakx.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at support@ebakx.com to request a cancellation.
